Marketing Communications: We may also process your name and contact information to send you marketing communications and other updates when you have opted-in to receive marketing communications. You may opt-out of such communications at any time.

Other Ways We Might Disclose Personal Information

We might disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

To third parties who provide services on our behalf, such as IT hosting providers, email providers and data backup providers, subject to strict contractual terms that protect personal information in accordance with data protection law;
